Returns and Refunds Policy
You registered for an event, but stuff happens. Don’t worry, we’re here to help.
Cancelled and Rescheduled Events
In either case, we’ll alert you ASAP.
Cancelled Events – You’ll get an automatic refund for event reservations bought online or by phone using your purchase payment method.
Rescheduled Events – We’ll contact you with the new date and time. Can’t make the new date? Let us know and we will refund you through the transaction method you used.
Refunds and Exchanges
All events reservations are fully refundable up until one week before the event. Refunds cannot be made the week of the event because of the guaranteed number promised to the vendor.

We issue refunds for membership and events within 3 days of the original payment for the event.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our payment process
